- last night's yoga class was a work out! my neck,shoulders & upper back are sore
- there really is something to this SHRED thing!! I am up another # this am *sigh*
- it also might be the pan of brownies on the counter
- or it could be the bad combo
- oh well. resisting until Monday (or Maybe Sunday if feeling extremely ambitious)
- I woke thinking it should be Saturday
- then decided it must be Friday @ least
- ugh its only Thursday??? yikes
- I completed some things on my to-do list yday but still have alot just started
- I've done well keeping up w/my daily/weekly paperwork!
- I had 8f/v+2dairy+80oz yday
- Tim's getting overwhelmed w/his bathroom remodel=nothing I do is right
- I am smart enough to just stay clear & be invisible , its easier that way
- breakfast today is tator tots & french toast .. yummmmmm

The good & the bad:
its Wednesday--
the good: yoga night, weigh in day, hump day, I have laundry started (trying to get back on M,W,F schedule), breakfast is easy-homemade banana wheat muffins+applesauce+milk, one family pays cash today-who doesn't like getting cash mid-week??, we walked around East Lake for an hour looking for mushrooms last night-still empty handed but he brought home a bowl full they found @ work, 16 days till Memorial weekend!!!!!!!, doing the DM Farmer's Market again this week NO.Matter.What.or.Who.with :), I got everything on my to-do list STARTED yesterday, now to finish it today (hopefully)
the bad: weigh in day (up 2 from Saturday) but still in the yo-yo of 4# so no whining!, only hump day, I hit snooze too many times, I am tired, I was grouchy w/Tim first thing, its sprinkling out=grass to be tracked in after playing out, I only got 3 fv,1 dairy & 80oz yday, I didn't work out @ all!!**, I am ready for a long weekend (Memorial weekend), I haven't fully decided on Mother's Day gifts this yr-probably grab hanging baskets @ the Farmer's Market Saturday, the sprinkly weather makes me wanna wrap up in a blankie & read (Debbie Macomber-Twenty Wishes-a Blossom Street book),
**@ the Sisterhood the rest are done w/the 30 day shred & are starting it over on Monday. So being the slacker that I am & not even making it to level 3, I am taking the rest of the week (starting yday) off of it until Monday then giving it my all to go full bore w/the sisters (&brothers)!! I might walk on the treadmill during my shows tonight after yoga-I usually do, & sometimes on thursdays during Grey's too, so not TOTALLY loafing it JUST not Jillian-ing at all :)
ok taking my crabby butt to the kitchen to make myself a fried egg white (the last egg in the house) & get the kids' breakfast around. hoping the sun comes out & we get another warm day! & if not I am letting the kids GO CRAZY inside while I finish up that to-do list -they like that LOL

Monday Morning
- after a ton of outside work on Sunday, Monday is bittersweet!!
- I realize this morning that I really did lift w/my legs!! eek
- old property mowed
- garden spot tilled @ old property (needs another tilling to be plantable)
- garbage picked up around old property
- tree limb pile-consolidation started around old propertu
- front flower beds @ home cleaned out
- sandboxes moved from old to home
- mushroom hunt begun -returned empty handed:(
- DM farmer's market Open :) & shopped
- bathroom tile hunt begun
- bathtub repair started-on hold for new jet
- no shredding since Thursday! !
- down 1#on Saturday from Wednesday :)
- my new yoyo is a 4# gap including 2# below old yoyo gap :) baby steps for sure!!
- getting a minimum of 5 fv daily is getting way easier!
- the dairy thing.. lots easier than I thought too :)
- eating healthy is EASY when we are mindful! *contented sigh*
- Anniversary dinner -great food-Knotty Pine, Afton, Iowa yumm service lacking :(
- Bedtime Stories movie Adorable!
- washing summer clothes today -whohooooooooooo
- getting serious about starting backyard & side flower beds! YAY
- getting serious about starting garden-I've missed it the past 3 yrs w/o!

- outside kitty needs to find new home :(

HAPPY HUMP DAY!!!
another list day:
- bathroom walls & ceilings mudded & medicine cabinet 'hole' filled & mudded-an hour
- then I crashed on the couch to 'read' but ended up napping for 1.5 hr!! ugh!
- NO shred
- NO treadmill
- BAD KIM!!
- I am looking into something in the afternoon for a healthy evening energy boost
- I am taking the easy way out today & Making Suntea but I don't want to rely on caffeine every day again
- I have now mastered (for the time being) the 5f/v servings everyday
- the water has dropped from 96 to 80 oz consistantly
- now I am adding 3 dairy servings to my daily diet!
- I can't believe how good I feel mentally about finally worrying about what goes in my body
- that anorexic thinking girl is OUT THE DOOR -she would never have allowed all this food
- I am happy to see her go-NEVER thought I'd say that!
- yoga tonight!!!!!!!

on a drizzly morning
I'd much rather be sleeping!! but I am up & running ... I didn't get to log in first thing today as I had to clean out & run the d/w Since Tim worked on it yesterday, then I had to clean up the pieces of the cast iron tub that fell thru the hole (the pieces fell thru not the whole tub LOL) in the floor when he was breaking it up to remove it. by that time it was breakfast time & then clean up, then I may as well start laundry & get the kids off to school. then 3 diapers to change, laundry ready to flip & the d/w done & ready to be reloaded. nice busy morning so far.
so right now I have an itty bitty napping, 4 of various ages, playing around the room, washer, dryer & dishwasher running. timing the sump pump to see how often its running & thinking about how lovely it would be to wrap up in a blanket & read for an hour or 2 :)
ACCOUNTABILITY: yesterday I only drank 32oz of water!! but I got 8 fv servings :) AND I shredded day 2 of 4 of level 2.
APPRECIATE: I appreciate that Tim did some demo work on Friday since his sister was in the hospital & he ws off incase his mom needed a ride up. he got alot done! the tub into pieces, & out, the sheetrock off the walls around the tub & out, flooring loosened, arrangements made to get new tub, etc. I appreciate that my finger doesn't look anyworse than it does for having a power drill jammed into it yesterday (I did it but omg did it hurt!! luckily I had gloves on). I appreciate the lighter load of kids today since its so gloomy out so far.
we drove around the lake Saturday :) so excited now for Memorial weekend!! the cabins are a ways from the lake & our favorite ramp but I am told I'll do fine where ever we launch/load so I guess I am along for the ride. I am ready for a weekend away. as evenings & weekends until then will be bathroom remodel heavy! thankful for my weekly Yoga class to escape.. even for an hour :)
there's the laundry.. off & running :)

My name in lights :)
or as close as I get :)
A little bkgd on the donation. My aunt sold this stuff for a while & had some inventory left & recommended it when the shred was killing me the first few days so I got my lotion out & OMG!!! amazing!! I decided to get a gift set to donate. it includes: bath salts, bath gel, lotion, massage oil, hydrating mist & a massager thingy. I have only used bath salts, lots & lots of bath salts (I have a big ole bottle) & am currently living on & loving lotion. The lotion I am applying right after showering right after shredding & sometimes first thing in the morning FABULOUS!!!
ACCOUNTABILITY: yesterday I did iffy on the water.. only 64oz but shredded(day 9of12) even tho it could have been SOOOOOO EASY to skip. i also got my 5f/v in!
APPRECIATE: I appreciate the short week-I am tired today. I appreciate the sunshine beaming thru the windows already!! I appreciate that the kids were good on pb sandwich & banana w/their milk for breakfast today!! :)
right now I am working on my detox tea for some boost but so far.. its... not...working.. :( I am still feeling like a nap would work best *sigh* maybe I can find some filing or other paperwork to do today :)

whattaweek!
pleaseeeeeeeee let it be Friday!!! no? rats! I had to try!!

- one still out recouping from surgery last week

- no weekend plans
- my mom is coming to watch the boys while I got to the chiro

- hoping that will whip this snot
- getting some detox tea from chiro
- Jaeger shot didn't
- but maybe I let it go too long first
- thinking I'll sleep on the couch tonight -upright
- Yoga last night was great
- it certainly loosened up my sinuses

APPRECIATE:I appreciate the families that keep their sick kids home. I appreciate all of the suggestions to cure my cold. I appreciate that my mom is coming to watch child care while I got to the chiro-hoping that fixes it too.

Spring? & other random ramblings
I thought that 'springing ahead' meant that spring was on its way.. I have green poking up thru the lava rock in the front flower bed.. it was even 70 for a couple of days.. TODAY WE WAKE TO SINGLE DIGITS!!!!!!! its just so WRONG!!!!! :((
on the sinus front-I took 2 tylenol severe cold b4 bed last night & it broke it all loose! the 2 times I had to take Gus out (12:30 & 2) I sneezed a bunch. that's good news.. still sneezing & I can hear today! I did manage to sleep between trips tho YAY! Yoga will help me sleep tonight & tomorrow getting my atlas back in should boost the recovery more. (totally forgot to pick up the jaeger last night Shanen-tim thinks its funny I want to try it)
another funky week work-wise. someone missing each day. keeps things interesting I suppose :) Getting off @ 4:30 the past week & half has spoiled me!! After having dinner cooked, served, & cleaned up last night, ALL B4 the time I'm usually OFF WORK made me decide that my goal w/in 2 yrs is to shorten my work day by an hour! I am giving myself 2 yrs so as not to shock anyone but if the opportunity arrises sooner, I'll jump on it! :D wouldn't anyone? besides-11hr work days are long enough 12 is crazy!!
I finished a scrap page last night! I might even hit the goal of having all the ice storm pages done b4 the SPRING FLING! :D I am ready to scrap something warm!!
ACCOUNTABILITY: I am counting all the hot tea I had yesterday in my water count: 16oz x3 of hot tea + 40 oz of water! flushing the system LOL no fit time & only 2 fr/veg.
OK fully caffinated so I'm going to make hot cocoa to send the kids out in the frigidness toasty on the inside. :)

ugh
not feeling so hot today... verystuffy & headachy but toughing it out so I have no one to whine to LOL.. planning to visit the walk in clinic on Saturday if it stays as by then it will surely be considered an infection. hot tea (16oz)#2 going down now.
Monday's Accountability!! I HAVE SOMETHING TO REPORT!! I did 10 fit minutes (which is like 20 in real time :) its a tiny bit but its SOMETHING which is better than the past 29 days LOL I also got 60 oz down & 5 fr/v servings!!! sooooo happy :)

sooooo how do you...
How do you expect to end a crazy busy week?? how about an equally crazy busy weekEND? that's exactly what we did!
first the highlights of the week that I didn't get posted. I seem to be on a winning streak as of late. odd for me. I won a totally awesome book I am really looking fwd to getting ITM from here & then yesterday logged on to find that I had won a shirt from here thru here :) pretty darn exciting for me!!!
the weekend......... lots of running from here & there & little overnight sleeping as a short version.
long version:
Friday night:out to grocery shop, home to clean & make snacks, shower & guests start arriving @8:30-played Wii, we all got our Wii ages LOL, had cocktails & snacked FUN!!!!! way fun :) last left @3.
(Jeff had the youngest Wii age! the lil puke)

Saturday: up w/ the alarm @6:30-on the road after getting gas & donut to soak up the dab of champagne that I felt lingering :) & on the road by 7. Stopped@ my brother, Philip's for farm fresh eggs then on to conference 8-4:30 AWESOME!!!! all out doorsy stuff... incoorporating Iowa's nature in our daily curriculum, going green & easy peasy field trips! back on the road home, stopped @ the store for 2 things for dip to take. Home to make dip, shower & change then back on the road to DM this time by 5:30. Returned ceiling fan Tim had pickedup on Friday. Then to Sarah's surprise party til 3AM. Sober me drove home in the pouring rain. home after 4 b/c of the rain UGH.

But slept till 3PM Sunday when Tim got back w/McD's for lunch. Went to Mom's old house & got an old wooden cabinet for the basement. home to chill. made pork roast for supper. watched shows & went to bed right after.
today I am fully caffinated & have a small group so far :) I even have the laundry started!
on the QRS front I just need to type up & print my last item! WHOHOOOOOOO
Accountability: hoping to get the wii fit out tonight & get back on w/my 80oz of water daily!
5in5 --Friday: GOT EM ALL IN w/extra! yay!! Saturday-not so much, Sunday I got 3. back on track today! I did not make the overall goal as I have missed 3 days already. oh well it was interesting to learn & try & a good goal to keep up.
Appreciate: hmmm its been awhile!! I appreciate the time & effort the organizers go to when putting together AWESOME trainings like the one we had on Saturday.. looove it!! I appreciate our friends that come when invited or that RSVP that they can't. I appreciate that I could sleep till 3PM yesterday :)
ok.. I'd say that's enough rambling! off to face the day.. dreary as it is.

T.G.I.F!!!
wowza.. I had no idea how tired I was until I went to read last night & was asleep by 9 LOL
we are looking for another great weather day today here so there will be another walk in store!!
then hopefully finishing my QRS paperwork! I got all the copies I needed from the nurse yesterday.
I got to email 2 & deliver 3 more registrations for SPRING FLING yesterday!! wow when they all come in we will be over ful!! good thing some are just reserving one day. :) I am really excited to fill the room soI can feel more confident about stepping up my plans for SCRAP PINK!
this weekend is jampacked. tonight hosting wii-fest, tomorrow all day training in creston (backyard adventures-fun!), then buzzing off for surprise party, then Sunday will be recooperating!! looking fwd to it all! :)
I got the disk & card back from the photo shop yesterday & there are 15 usable images on both but 192 images on my sd card... very frustrating to see them on the camera but not get them to transfer.. i was way better off thinking they were gone & lost forever LOL
yesterday was alot busier than I realized until now when I list it all LOL
5in5- I didn't do so good yesterday I only got 2.5 servings in -tator tots(.5 serving) for breakfast, corn +romaine (1.5 serving) for lunch, banana for snack (1). CORRECTED to count right: breakfast .5, lunch 2.5, snack 2=5!!! I did it!! (just didn't know how to count them LOL)
so I am starting strong today: 32 oz of apple cider (thinking its atleast 1 & maybe 2 servings there!)
Ok its toast & sausage gravy & fresh pears for breakfast today!! yummm I know what I'm having :)

I got the disk & card back from the photo shop yesterday & there are 15 usable images on both but 192 images on my sd card... very frustrating to see them on the camera but not get them to transfer.. i was way better off thinking they were gone & lost forever LOL
yesterday was alot busier than I realized until now when I list it all LOL
5in5- I didn't do so good yesterday I only got 2.5 servings in -tator tots(.5 serving) for breakfast, corn +romaine (1.5 serving) for lunch, banana for snack (1). CORRECTED to count right: breakfast .5, lunch 2.5, snack 2=5!!! I did it!! (just didn't know how to count them LOL)
so I am starting strong today: 32 oz of apple cider (thinking its atleast 1 & maybe 2 servings there!)
Ok its toast & sausage gravy & fresh pears for breakfast today!! yummm I know what I'm having :)

its so close...
so close to Friday I can almost taste it! :) we are all going out for some sunshine & fresh air soon YEHAW!!! oh what the heck.. lets do another quickie list:
- crop registration forms delivered last night
- crop emails out this morning to 2 others
- crop spots are going going going (Sunday is filling first)
- Yoga ROCKED
- relaxing in total silence was awesome
- grooooooossssssssssssss diapers again today :(
- daily paperwork DONE
- weekly paperwork-not yet
- a lost deposit was found :)
- I won a book on a blog :D
- loooooooooving catching up w/classmates on facebook!!!
- Gus slept 3rd night in a row ALL NIGHT LONG whohoooo
- I got in all 5 servings of fruits/veggies yesterday ALOT harder than I thought it would be
- I have 1/2 serving in already today :)
ok.. I think I got it all covered --for now :)
