Hello again Monday!

I am not quite ready for you but you are here anyway so here we go!

we start a preschool today. one of 3 classes/4 littles. *sigh* I have one itty bitty drop in here already this morning. its going to be a mixed up kind of Monday but we will manage!

The weekend was nice -mostly. I got some donations & a paid registration in for Scrap Pink, some scrapping done @ the Winterset Crop, some socializing w/friends, new friends made, the dog room @ the shelter cleaned w/more new friends, & some napping in!

wow this is quite boring!

ACCOUNTABILITY: I did great on my water & food Friday & Saturday but Sunday was a loss. a total loss! no dairy, no f/v & only 32 oz of water (oh duh think I just solved my headache mystery!) so right back @ it today!! :)

ok enough rambling! off to gather laundry then start breakfast! something warm since its so chilly here this morning!

weekend plans in a word-BUSY! w/some creativity I think I should be able to squeeze it all in!!

last night! This was our 2nd experience on Craig's List (selling) both times was the wood stove that came in the house when we bought it but pulled it out for child care safety. The first listing went unanswered. Tim's been diligently cleaning his garage this week & decided to take pics & list it again -last night. So we did listing my email & his cell. w/in an hour he got a call, they were here in the next hour & took it! YESSSS so I am seriously walking around the house looking for things to list LOL quite amazing to me!

ACCOUNTABILITY: 96oz!! 4 dairy, 4 f/v, no walk but vites. I am not sure when the 21 day challenge is over but I am doing pretty good most days. :)

Scrap Pink update: another paid registration came in yesterday & handing another out today. hoping for some more in my mailbox early next week. :)

wow. sitting here drawing a blank. I have nothing else to post LOL so instead of rambling on I'll just sign off & wish you a great refreshing weekend!!

foggy wet Thursday morning

Wow we've gotten alot of rain in the past 18 or so hours! the sump pump has been working OT! (I am growing to love that sound knowing it means I have a dry basement!) *whew*

I slept sooooooo good last night after working in my scrap room for an hour sorting thru piles that have collected this summer. EEK! I need to make a run to Home Depot & Target & return stuff that didn't get used in the bathroom remodel! I also have a box of murder mystery books I am no longer into that needs a new home! some hard & some paperbacks. if you want it LMK & we will make arrangements!!(its too big to ship sorry)

ACCOUNTABILITY: Yesterday I got in 80oz, 5f/v, 4dairy, no walk (unless you count 2 trips to the grocery store LOL) but did get back on track w/my vites!

APPRECIATE: I APPRECIATE that we have a house accommodating my business AND my hobby. I APPRECIATE the moisture we are receiving (even tho *I* think its too much too fast). I APPRECIATE the time I am getting to spend w/the littles in my care while the bigs are at school.

Scrap Pink update: I found last year's paperwork YAY! so I made copies of the challenge sheet YAY! also retyped the welcome letter! (it will just need to keep making adjustments as donations & such come in)DOUBLE YAY!!

I am off to make the most of the dreary day-a guarantee that at some point we will have the Wiggles music CD blasted! :)

a list from a tired mind:

• I am up the 3# I was down on Saturday. I was a bit bummed but now I am happy b/c atleast this is my high yoyo weight & not the low :) I'll take it! hopefully I'll see that low weight again this weekend
• yesterday I did 80oz, 7f/v, 4 dairy, but missed the walk & the vites. 3 out of 5. not bad.
• we are getting the days figured out w/o the bigs.
• monday one preschooler will be gone all day to class
• the tuesday after Labor Day 2 will start AM class & one will start PM.
• so I guess this is the lull b4 the storm :)
• speaking of. I hope it rains today! its super humid outside! bleck
• I should have started packing last night for the crop on Saturday but instead I sat here all night :(
• we have a busy weekend ahead. so busy I had to start thinning out the activities last night.
• I handed out 5 more fliers & a registration form last night
• did I report the 2 paid registrations that came in the mail yesterday? WOW THAT WAS EXCITING :)
• Val gave me a CD of her water cam pix from the tubing trip :) putting them on the computer now.

• took a nap (well some slept the rest were too anxious to get them back to sleep)

Next Monday will be Jadi's first day back to preschool, the Tuesday after Labor day will be 3

• took 2 walks... one w/the kids then one after work to the garden & back
• while @ the garden I weeded everything, dug carrots (I think there are 6!), picked 2 cukes, rearranged their vines on the panel & picked 4 small tomatoes (Tim was mowing that yard)
• I remembered my vites! YAY!!!!

Hello there Friday!

I thought U'd never come! :) the last Friday of Summer Vacation. Hmmmmm I am ready & I think they are too.

This weekend will be full of cleaning! The upstairs is definately become a dumping ground w/all the time we've spent outside lately & since Tim's working Saturday morning I will have plenty of quiet time to put a dent in it :) I promised myself I wouldn't get overwhelmed & would even go 15 minutes at a time if I had to. Then I start volunteering @ the animal shelter on Sunday. I hear rumors it took the last family of 4, 4 hours to do the dog room. I am thinking 2 hrs tops. And since we also want to do the last day of the fair & Bass Pro Shops on Sunday, I will be up early to do the dogs.

SCRAP PINK: I am hoping to get out & hang fliers Saturday too. I have 15 guests down for RSVPing, 5 on Saturday only, 5 for the whole weekend & the other 5 have not chosen days. This is from Facebook only. I am meeting w/the owner of the new day spa in town tonight to explain SP to her & see what she wants to donate. EXCITING!!

ACCOUNTABILITY: 80oz, 1 dairy, 6! f/v, played @ the park & walked to the garden then worked more on the rock garden, & Vites!! The water & dairy could have been a bit better but can't be perfect every day! ;)

APPRECIATE: I APPRECIATE the garden produce & Farmer's Market SOOOOOOOOOOOOO much right now!!! yuummmmy I APPRECIATE that we had all these rocks laying around to make our vision come to light. I APPRECIATE the coming quiet time tomorrow morning :)

So we went to see G-FORCE yesterday! it was cute. but evidently not quite entertaining enough as I made 4 bathroom trips in groups of 3 or 4 (some went twice)

and some drifted off to nap :)

ACCOUNTABILITY: yesterday was a day of 60oz, 4 f/v, 4 dairy, instead of a walk I moved the rest of the retaining wall blocks & then we started a rock 'garden' in the front yard(my back & neck say ouch today), AND remembered my vites! YAY!!!

today we will have the 2 big bigs back & a new itty bitty will start his drop in status. so sticking close to home.

its the last Wednesday of Summer vacation! eeeeeeeeeeek we are sending Summer off w/a morning viewing of GForce @10 this morning.

ACCOUNTABILITY catch up- Sunday: 96oz, 2 dairy, 4 f/v, vites but no walk. Monday: 96oz, 3 dairy, 7!!! f/v, walk to the garden swapping soon-to-be-compost for fresh veggies, 22 Wii Fit minutes & vites. Tuesday: 90oz, 4dairy, 5 f/v, walk w/the kids to the school playground, pulled weeds & grass out of 3/4 of the front flower bed then helped Tim move 1/2 of the extra retaining wall blocks to a newly mown spot, & vites.

APPRECIATE-I APPRECIATE that he cares what our yard looks like. I APPRECIATE the ache I've felt that past 2 mornings -tells me I did something to work some muscles! I APPRECIATE my child care parents cooperating to let us do field trips.

2 of my past big kids are here today so they can go to the movie w/us. :) had them for 9 yrs then they outgrew me-it happens. but was facebooking w/one Tuesday evening & offered, then mom texted me yesterday to check & make sure it was ok. they are here! :) FUN!!

we asked around & around all Morning Saturday looking for this stand w/the 'authentic cajun food' alot of places boast cajun chicken on a stick but nothing is like this stand we had heard so we were on a mission to find it & try it. upon finding it he decided to wait for the group b4 eating there to share the new experience. I was happy for this as I chose to sit this one out. I just cannot bring myself to eat a crawfish. just cannot do it. sorry.

They weren't even sure this stand was going to make an appearance this year as Mike the original owner had passed away 2 weeks b4 the start of the fair :( so when we heard that we KNEW we had to eat there. his wife & son brought it on anyway! YAY for them!!

Tim cozied up to 'mama' & learned lots of crawfish info. he's so out going w/a bit of liquid courage. Tim, Hupp & Lauren tried the crawfish soup & I had wanted the chicken but some how missed out. oh well.hopefully they will return next year!!

She even invited him to Louisianna & they'd show him some REAL southern cookin'. :)
