This was so good! I used this for my half of the chicken breast for Saturday's grilled supper. Its my new go to.  the only changes I made were that I used dried Rosemary & omitted the salt & lemon zest. I used it for shredded chicken for homemade chimichangas & have enough leftover for salad topping today! WIN
