I don't think I did so well following the menu last week, but I still cooked what we have so I still count that as a pass.
this week:
Breakfasts: build your own burritos, cheese quesadillas, pancakes, french toast, granola w/milk, toast & gravy
Lunches: homemade mac n cheese(put some in the freezer), ground beef, smoked pork loin (leftover from Sunday), bean & cheese quesadillas, pasta, garlic buttered baggettes, farmer's market veggies (tomatoes, cukes, zucchini, carrots, potatoes, peppers), sale fruits (grapes, blueberries, peaches)
Snacks: veggie tray, fruit tray, build your own parfait (yogurt, fruit, granola), muffins
Suppers: kabobs w/farmer's market veggies & sirloin tips from freezer, salad w/farmer's market veggies, grilled burgers, breakfast(biscuits & gravy), fried okra, corn on the cob, cuban sandwiches
the to-do list for this week is: make & freeze mac n cheese, do zucchini again w/different seasoning for more flavor, bake muffins+some for freezer, mix up a batch of pancake mix, find english muffin bread recipe, bake double batch of granola
