Weigh In Wednesday

Ugh! I was so hoping to be able to report a loss this week w/the changes we've made in our running routine, the extra work we've added & the better eating I've been doing but nooooooooooo my body is clinging tightly to that stupid same number.  Oh well, atleast is not going up!
