OK so I finally used the FIT Today.. after 5 days of avoidance.. I clocked in 30 minutes & feel great.. yesterday I drank my 80oz of water YEHAWW for the 2nd day in a row.. plus I hopped on the scale well ok,,, eased on the scale & saw that I am @ the bottom of my 'normal yo-yo' weights... THEN I am reading blogs & Shanen posts THIS & I join THIS!
I am going to work on getting on the FIT for 30 minutes + drinking 80oz. of water every day for the next 30.
