yoga last night was good! I am sore in my neck & thru my shoulders but that's better than my legs like I was expecting! I came home to clean the kitchen, doing dishes, clean out the fridge, & cut veggies for roast crockpot today. then watched a Days that was still on the DVR & started a second one.
we r up to 5 possible participants for SP!!!! (no registrations back in yet) only need 15 more to pay the rent LOL
