Weigh In Wednesday

Ugh! I was so hoping to be able to report a loss this week w/the changes we've made in our running routine, the extra work we've added & the better eating I've been doing but nooooooooooo my body is clinging tightly to that stupid same number.  Oh well, atleast is not going up!

Deeper thoughts & less whining next post :)

Nothing wrong with seeing the same number this week, girl! You body may just be trying to adjust to your new schedule with running, so give it a chance to catch up :)

Sometimes there is just no rhyme or reason to the scale... Good for you that you maintained in the face of a different week. Keep at it!

You're body will catch up! I bet you will totally see a loss next week! Sometimes we just need to push our body a little bit harder so it can catch up with our brains! ;)
