yahoooooooooooooooooo its spring fling time @ the school of scrap!!!!

A NEW WEEK!

I am almost excited about it LOL

we have:

*new toys+books to fight over & if the weather shapes up we have a few old ones moved over

*new 'curriculum' to try out

*new house deadline YAY!!!!!! (Sept 1)

*new cookie sheets YAY -simple happiness + massive stock up from SAM'S CLUB

*a crazy spring rain happenin' outside complete w/thunder +lightening!

This past weekend:

*I attended conference for cc

*We went out w/ friends

*We went to Sam's club

*We got new fish

*I worked @ the old house, bringing home my quilt + some other misc out/inside stuffs

*we started planning out new yard + Fence

HUMP DAY....

so yesterday afternoon I took the kids out... to play in the back yard... first time on a school day since fall... they were THRILLED!!!! since they were so preoccupied w/the 'new' toys I was able to rake all the yuck from the fense! all the way around the inside!! WHATA WORKOUT! 30 straight minutes.. must be my lucky number this week hahaha. then I walked aroudn the whole yard mentally planning flower beds, a mini veggie garden fo rthe kids, checking out the rock that needs moved, a screen that needs fixed, TRYING to picture if the swingset will FIT anywhere or if I just give up & get a new one... decisions! I also pegged a corner for a cute lil cafe set I have been dying to have for a couple of years... yay!!!

NOW to have the energy+finances to do it all :) that never ending TO DO list just got LONGER!

I really don't see alot of scrapping in my future this summer. :( I will miss it but my yard will be nice LOL

Reality check

less than 8 weeks until Memorial weekend! that means I have that TEENY TINY bit of time to get INTO my bathing suits!!!!! YIKES!!!!!

sO LAST NIGHT- I walked (sprint walked if possible) a good jaunt in 30 minutes. coming back I was huffin & puffin, calves were a burnin', ear & Knee were aching... but we did .. my faithful pup & I .. tonight will do the same route-probably all week in fact.

Easter Weekend

a great weekend!!

did some serious yard work Saturday! than had some nice movie time.. we watched the Assisination of Jessie James & van helsing. liked Van Helsing more than I had anticipated!

Sunday was a great family day! ALOT of family @ mom's house.. a 100 photos on my camera alone to prove it :)

ITS FRIDAY!!!!! YAY!!!!!

SOME THINGS GOING ON TODAY:

*NO SCHOOL so I should have 8 children

*INTERVIEW for a part time 2 y/o for summer then joined by his baby sister & go full time in the fall

*WALK OUTSIDE -hoping to get to the old house for some outside toys!!

THIS WEEKEND:

*WORK ON backyard-gotta get it kid ready!!! its drying up ALOT faster than I thought YAY!!!!

*MOVE more backyard toys (I have alot)

*BABY PHOTOGRAPHY

*FAMILY TIME for Easter Dinner & afternoon YAY!!!

NATALYE VERONICA made her way into the world yesterday (3/18) shortly afternoon weighing in @ a mere 4#10oz but measuring 18" long!!! last night she was chillin' in their room w/Mom & Dad. Mama is a TROOPER! (Dad's words) she was up walking around like nothing had hhappened... whata woman!! MY HERO!!

I am sooooooo going to see them tonight!!! I can't wait to hold & kiss her & of course MAJOR PHOTO SHOOT!!!!! HEHEHEHEEH SO BE WARNED :)

yesterday? I lucked out & had on a green VERY green Tshirt so I was safe.

BIG NEWS BIG NEWS!!! there will SOON be a newborn for Kim to photograph!!!!!Katie & TOmmy are in the hosital NOW trying to have a baby !!!!!!! *squeals of joy* I cannot wait for Tomorrow night when I get to go visit!!!!!

other news: I set an appointment for Friday 8:30 for an interveiw for more child care children.. WHAT AM I THINKING???? YIKES!!!!!! IT WILL start out being a 2 day/week 2 year old for summer then this fall his little sister will come w/him & hopefully they will both go to full time :) YAHOOOOOOOOOO

Saturday Randomness...

1. I spent 4 hours while Tim was rearranging the garage to clean the whole upstairs. minus vac'ing.
2. this is the weekend of 'change the plans'
3. I scrapped 2! pages last night!!
4. we have been to Walmart almost every day since it opened a week ago .. LOL
5. I rescued 2 things from the landfill this morning-wire basket I think used to go in an old deep freeze + a galvanized bucket in perfect condition
6. I am NO good b4 my coffee!!
7. scouted a few neato spots in teh country today for fab photo ops!
8. I got my cousin's photo order in the mail this week.. first time to see my own shot 11x14! WOW pretty cool!! :)
9. I keep washing & keeping funky glass bottles from food products-olive oil, olives, nacho cheese, boullion granules, etc
10. I am enjoying the CSI marathon this weekend!

wow how's that for some randomness??? :)

& then

our plans changed.. we went out locally for supper, hit our new walmart again for home groceries +odds & ends & came home to chill..... while chillin' I SCRAPPED!!!! this:
